KPFF Consulting Engineers is hiring an early-career Structural Designer in Chicago to perform structural analysis and design under experienced engineers, prepare calculations and drawings, collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, and support construction administration and site visits. The role covers steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and other structural systems and may involve work in Chicago, St. Louis, and across the firm. It follows a primarily in-office model requiring at least four days per week during the first 90 days and at least three days per week thereafter, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and a base salary range of $72,000 to $85,000.
