Mattamy Homes Canada is hiring a full-time, permanent Structural Designer in Mississauga, Ontario, working hybrid four days per week in the office. The role designs and reviews low-rise and mid-rise residential structures, primarily light-frame wood with supporting steel and concrete elements; coordinates structural BIM models; reviews manufacturing, shop, truss, and framing drawings; and supports coordination, value engineering, and design standards. Candidates need a civil engineering degree with a structural focus, 1–2 years of relevant experience, EIT registration, and proficiency with structural analysis and design software.
