Holmes US is hiring Structural Designers and Project Engineers in its San Francisco office to design and analyze concrete, steel, timber, and masonry systems across seismic retrofits, residential, commercial, civic, and other projects. The Structural Designer role requires approximately one year of experience, a B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering, and interest in structural systems; the Project Engineer role requires 3–6 years of structural engineering experience and a PE license. Both roles offer mentorship, site visits, hybrid work with three office days, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave. Compensation is $76,000–$114,000 plus potential biannual profit share.
