HDR is hiring a Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support structural engineering projects within its Building Engineering Services Group. The role involves conducting structural analyses, developing design options and recommendations, preparing cost estimates and specifications, performing routine engineering assignments, working independently on small projects or assisting senior engineers on larger projects, and directing clerical or technical personnel as needed. A bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and an EIT certificate are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and structural design software is expected, while a master's degree is preferred.
