HDR is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their Building Engineering Services Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing critical infrastructure supporting the digital age, focusing on high-performance data centers and dynamic commercial environments. They will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering experts to optimize energy efficiency, integrate resilient systems, and engineer next-generation facilities. The role involves proficiency in building gravity and lateral analysis, design of various structural systems, Revit modeling, review of structural documents, mentorship, drafting specifications, interpreting codes, and effective communication.
