Description
The employer is hiring a Structural Engineer to perform structural calculations for aluminum window, door, and façade systems; assess anchoring and fastening solutions; prepare and review technical reports, detail drawings, and structural solutions; account for building-physics requirements, material behavior, and installation constraints; and support project teams, draftspeople, and work planners. The role also contributes to process improvements, product development, and the development of calculation standards, procedures, and software tools. A master's degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required, along with strong structural and façade engineering knowledge, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, and clear professional communication. Knowledge of SCIA or IdeaStatica is a major asset. The position offers a permanent, open-ended contract with negotiable salary.
