Description
Amazon is hiring a Structural Engineer for its Material Handling Systems team to analyze, design, coordinate, and document structural systems supporting conveyors, automated equipment, platforms, mezzanines, bracing, and connections across fulfillment and distribution centers. The role performs structural analysis and calculations, develops design documentation and BIM models, coordinates with fabricators, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and other engineering teams, and supports construction administration and quality control. Candidates need at least five years of structural engineering experience, a PE license in a United States state, relevant structural analysis and steel design experience, and a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
