The role involves technical design, stakeholder coordination, project standards and code compliance, task management, training junior team members, automation of design workflows, and quality assurance. Candidates need a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, 4–6 years of structural engineering experience, design consultancy experience, proficiency with structural engineering software, and strong English communication skills; metro project experience, civil engineering licensure, international design-standard experience, and programming knowledge are advantageous.
