CIMA+ is hiring a Structural Engineer to work on energy transmission and distribution structure projects across Canada. The role involves preparing studies, reports, and technical specifications; coordinating technicians and drafters; ensuring quality control; managing project files; participating in service proposals; visiting project sites; and supporting construction supervision. The engineer will also develop client relationships and progress toward project management under mentor support. The position requires a civil engineering degree, professional registration or eligibility, and five years of structural design experience, with PLS software, substation or line-structure design, English proficiency, and project management experience preferred or advantageous. The role offers a flexible hybrid model with telework and on-site presence at a Canadian office.
