Coffman Engineers is hiring a Structural Engineer for its Woodland Hills office to design and detail steel and concrete substation structures and foundations, perform structural analysis, coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and project teams, and lead engineering design work. The role requires a civil or structural engineering degree, at least seven years of concrete and steel structure design experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Compensation is approximately $100,000 to $150,000+ annually, with paid overtime, a discretionary bonus, and a 401(k) matching program; the position is not eligible for sponsorship and follows a hybrid schedule subject to change.
