Description
Cushing Terrell is hiring a Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering work on projects, manage scope, budget, and timelines, oversee junior engineers and BIM staff, develop construction documents and structural analyses, prepare reports and cost estimates, manage project requirements, develop fee proposals and contracts, and maintain client relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, professional engineering licensure or ability to obtain it, and advanced knowledge of structural design and related software. The salary range is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus and benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
