Dashiell is hiring a Civil/Structural Engineer in Madison, Wisconsin to provide civil and structural design support for high-voltage electric substations and transmission projects. The role develops steel and foundation detail drawings, applies structural design software, coordinates with project teams and vendors, and ensures compliance with engineering standards such as NESC, ASCE, IBC, AISC, and ACI. Candidates must hold a civil engineering degree or equivalent experience, be licensed or able to obtain licensure within one year, and have at least three years of direct experience in concrete and structural steel engineering; utility industry experience is preferred. The position requires occasional travel, extended work hours, and may involve lifting up to 25 pounds.
