ISL is hiring a Structural Engineer to lead technical design from concept through tender and construction for commercial, recreational, municipal, industrial, and residential buildings using timber, concrete, masonry, and steel. The role coordinates with architects, civil, mechanical, landscape, process, electrical, contractors, and suppliers; supports construction administration and field reviews; mentors junior engineers; and maintains quality assurance and documentation standards. The position is based in Calgary, offers a hybrid work model, and pays $90,000–$130,000 annually for a 40-hour work week.
