Description
MANTECH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join their team. This fully remote position requires occasional travel to Chesapeake or Norfolk, VA. The Structural Engineer will focus on ensuring the structural integrity, strength, and stability of marine structures and waterborne vessel hulls for military sealift command (MSC) engineering and design efforts. Responsibilities include performing structural analyses, developing technical reports, executing hydrostatics and damage stability assessments, managing hull and deck outfitting, and providing engineering oversight for rigging, cargo handling, and lifesaving systems.
