The role is an exempt salaried position focused on leading building projects from concept through completion, coordinating structural design and construction documents, supporting proposals and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have a civil engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited degree, PE licensure, at least 4 years of relevant structural design experience, and proficiency with tools such as Revit/BIM or RISA; a master's degree or SE license is preferred.
