The role is a salaried exempt position focused on leading structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including calculations, analyses, construction documents, site visits, shop drawing review, and coordination with architects and other design disciplines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an ABET-accredited equivalent, a PE license, and at least 4 years of relevant structural design experience; a master’s degree or SE license is preferred. The company offers a strong total rewards package with base pay of $85,000 to $140,000, bonuses, ESOP ownership, paid health premiums, retirement matching, insurance, and flexible work arrangements.
