ResiQuant is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will leverage AI systems and structural engineering expertise to enhance disaster resilience by providing accurate property data. This role involves analyzing building imagery and documents to train AI models, collaborating with engineering teams, supporting customer interactions, defining failure modes, and validating AI-generated assessments. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of structural engineering consulting experience, preferably in retrofit design or forensic investigations, with a strong background in US building codes and an interest in combining structural engineering with AI.
