ResiQuant is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team. The role involves expanding structural engineering intelligence for AI systems used in assessing building vulnerability. Responsibilities include analyzing building imagery and documents to create training datasets, collaborating with AI and engineering teams, supporting customer interactions, defining failure modes, and validating AI-generated assessments. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of structural engineering consulting experience, preferably in retrofit design or forensic investigations, and possess deep knowledge of US building codes and an AI mindset.
