SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental is hiring a Structural Engineer to support NAVFAC Northwest’s Planning Design and Construction Directorate in Silverdale, Washington. The role performs structural analysis and design for Navy facilities and infrastructure, including vertical and lateral force-resisting systems, retaining, utility, and waterfront structures, as well as concrete, steel, and masonry design. Responsibilities also include reviewing technical reports and construction documents, providing construction-phase engineering support, and coordinating with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural focus, at least six years of applicable design or design-management experience, knowledge of applicable codes, U.S. citizenship, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and security screening.
