Ability to perform structural analysis design for various permanent and temporary systems like deep excavation shoring, formwork, falsework, building shoring, bridge jacking, and scaffolding.
Proficiency in reviewing and sealing structural drawings, calculations, and reports according to PEO requirements.
Strong oversight of quality control and technical accuracy of deliverables.
Knowledge of value engineering principles to optimize design solutions for schedules and costs.
Experience in conducting condition assessments of existing structures.
Skill in performing site inspections and issuing stamped field visit reports for compliance verification.
Capacity to provide on-site technical support to project teams.
Understanding of design requirements related to building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary drainage, and safety.
Ability to contribute technical input during proposal development and tendering processes.
Excellent communication and liaison skills with stakeholders.
