Weir is hiring a Structural Engineer in Bengaluru on a hybrid basis to perform structural analysis and design of steel structures, including industrial steel structures, bolted and welded connections, and structures supporting heavy equipment. The role involves project coordination, design documentation and review, technical guidance to drafting and junior engineers, and occasional travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a master’s degree in Structural Engineering, 2–6 years of relevant experience for master’s holders or 4–8 years for bachelor’s holders, and proficiency with structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or RFEM/RSTAB.
