Description
FERCHAU is hiring a Structural Engineer, Building Construction to manage and control building construction projects, coordinate designers, authorities, and contractors, review planning documents and building permits, schedule projects, prepare tender documents, and oversee on-site quality, cost, and schedule. The role requires a civil engineering or comparable qualification, initial experience leading construction or refurbishment projects, knowledge of HOAI service phases, negotiation and communication skills, and confident German; project management tools and VOB knowledge are advantageous.
