Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to support the ongoing design development of luxury villas and boutique hotels worldwide. The role involves designing structural systems, performing seismic analysis and load calculations, developing detailed structural drawings and construction documentation, coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, procurement, and clients, and supervising third-party consultants. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree with structural engineering specialization, 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, hospitality project experience, seismic design expertise, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel.
