The employer is seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to develop structural designs for luxury villas and boutique hotels worldwide. The role involves designing structural systems, performing seismic analysis and load calculations, preparing detailed structural drawings and construction specifications, coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, procurement, and clients, and supervising third-party consultants. Candidates should have a civil engineering degree with structural engineering specialization, 5–8 years of relevant experience, hospitality project experience, seismic design expertise, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel.
