Vattenfall Power Solutions is hiring a structural engineer for its Civil & Fire group, with work locations in Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, Gothenburg, Nyköping, Oskarshamn, or Gävle. The role covers civil engineering design, condition assessments, damage investigations, remedial measures, strength calculations, finite-element analyses, 3D modeling, design management, instrumentation programs, and sampling plans, with opportunities to act as an assignment manager or design and calculation lead. The position requires extensive structural engineering experience, primarily in infrastructure, civil engineering, or the process industry, along with Swedish fluency and a category B driving licence; hydropower, nuclear power, heavy civil structures, RIDAS, and assignment-management experience are advantageous.
