KPFF Consulting Engineers is hiring a Structural Engineer in Training in Sacramento, California. The role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing structural systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects; preparing drawings and specifications; conducting site assessments; coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers; reviewing construction documents; supporting construction administration; and presenting technical recommendations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, EIT certification, PE certification obtained or in progress, at least three years of relevant full-time structural engineering design experience, and proficiency with structural analysis software.
