Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a certified Team Lead with Professional Engineer licensure to oversee and inspect transportation and waterfront construction sites in the Norfolk, Virginia area. The role leads field inspections, condition assessments, construction observations, technical reports, specifications, cost estimates, and quality reviews; it requires a civil or structural engineering degree, 10 to 15 years of structural inspection experience, FHWA-NHI-130055 certification, Team Leader qualification, and NSTM/Fracture Critical certification. The position is field-based five days per week, with occasional travel, and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $170,000 for candidates working in the Virginia market.
