Description
CRB is hiring a Lead Structural Engineer to establish and grow its structural engineering practice across the Philadelphia, Boston, and Washington, DC metro areas. The role combines significant project leadership, structural design and quality oversight, team leadership, resource planning, client and partner engagement, pursuit support, and regional practice development. Candidates need a civil or structural engineering degree, at least 10 years of structural engineering experience, a PE license, and experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects; prior experience leading a structural group or portfolio and experience in life sciences, food and beverage, industrial, or manufacturing markets are preferred.
