Description
Worley is hiring an Offshore Structural Engineer to perform structural analysis and design of fixed jacket structures, lifted topsides, and float-over topsides across in-service, pre-service, and accidental load cases. The role includes developing structural models, preparing engineering calculations and reports, reviewing drawings, delivering work packages, coordinating with internal disciplines and drafting teams, supporting design methodologies, participating in technical reviews, and reviewing vendor documents. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or structural engineering, 4 to 7 years of relevant offshore structural engineering experience, exposure to FEED/EPC environments, familiarity with offshore structural materials and design codes, and hands-on experience with structural analysis tools and Python/VBA automation.
