Description
The employer is seeking a Structural Engineer (m/f/d) for a client in building construction, starting as soon as possible on a full-time temporary basis through employee leasing. The role covers structural concept, preliminary design, execution planning, bill of quantities and performance specifications, tendering, coordination with specialist trades and contractors, cost, schedule, and quality control, acceptance of external planning and construction services, and preparation of regulatory approval documents. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related technical field, several years of experience in planning, project execution, and supervision, knowledge of change-order management and construction contract law, and MS Office proficiency. The gross monthly salary is €5,900–€7,800, with up to 60% mobile working possible by agreement.
