TimePartner is hiring an experienced civil engineer or architect to oversee building construction projects in Rostock and the surrounding area. The role involves planning and coordinating projects, providing technical advice, preparing and reviewing construction drawings and tender documents, coordinating with construction managers, clients, and partners, preparing cost estimates and schedules, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and quality standards. Candidates should have a degree in architecture or civil engineering, at least three years of professional experience, knowledge of German building regulations, CAD proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and very good German at C1 level. The position offers a public-sector collective-agreement salary starting at €4,300.00 per month, along with additional payments, training, and social benefits.
