Description
FERCHAU is seeking a Structural Engineer specializing in mechanical and plant engineering to develop and optimize structural systems, perform and document structural calculations using beam/rod analysis, FEM, AutoCAD Mechanical, and Inventor, validate technical designs, analyze fatigue and service life, coordinate international project resources, and support commissioning, testing, or on-site assembly. The role requires a completed degree in mechanical or civil engineering or a comparable qualification, several years of relevant international experience, knowledge of structural analysis and steel components, CAD and calculation software experience, and B1–B2 English. The position is based in Leipzig, Saxony, with flexitime, retirement savings, and team events.
