Progressive Design, Inc. is hiring a full-time Civil/Structural Engineer in Midlothian, Virginia, to perform civil and/or structural design for small- to mid-sized heavy-industrial projects. The role includes project documentation, field work, technical research, client coordination, drawing review, estimates, and construction support. Candidates need an ABET-accredited Civil/Structural Engineering degree, at least five years of heavy-industrial structural engineering experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a $130,000–$160,000 salary plus a 10% discretionary bonus target and health care benefits.
