Cleveland-Cliffs is hiring a Structural Engineer for its Northshore Mining Company facility in Silver Bay, Minnesota. The role manages structural engineering projects from concept through installation, coordinates consultants and contractors, performs structural assessments and risk-mitigation recommendations, develops capital and maintenance plans, and produces design and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD or Solidworks. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural engineering emphasis preferred, project engineering experience, cost analysis and budgeting experience, and the ability to obtain a Minnesota Professional Engineer license. The salary range is $80,000 to $105,000, with health insurance and other benefits mentioned.
