Description

Blue Origin is hiring an experienced structural engineer for the Lunar Customer Programs team within the New Glenn business unit. The role owns aerospace structural hardware across its full lifecycle, including design, structural analysis, CAD detailing, manufacturing support, testing, documentation, root-cause investigations, and technical reviews. The engineer will develop primary and secondary metallic and composite structures for government, lunar, orbital, and crewed spacecraft customers, while coordinating with manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams. The position requires a mechanical or aerospace engineering degree, at least five years of relevant structural design and analysis experience, CAD and finite-element analysis proficiency, U.S. export-control eligibility, and strong communication skills.
