Description
Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Structural Engineer (PE) in Charleston, South Carolina, or Savannah, Georgia. The role covers structural analysis and design, construction documents, condition assessments, client and contractor communication, code compliance, and construction services for a broad range of structures including industrial, commercial, municipal, marine, institutional, residential, and energy projects. The position requires at least four years of structural design experience, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis, and US PE licensure. It is an on-site role with a Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and a Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. schedule, with no visa sponsorship available.
