The role includes lateral design, engineering calculations, construction-document development, project-scope management, multidisciplinary coordination, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a structural-focused civil engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least four years of structural engineering experience, U.S. building-code knowledge, and proficiency with structural analysis tools, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
