Schaefer is hiring a full-time Structural Engineer | Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to design and detail code-compliant, high-quality structures, lead and coordinate multiple projects of varying size and complexity, manage project costs, and build client relationships to support business development. The role requires a civil or structural engineering degree, at least 5 years of structural engineering experience with growing project management exposure, BIM/Revit experience, strong team leadership and client management skills, and a PE or SE license.
