Description
The employer is hiring an indefinite full-time Structural Engineer / Structural Designer with interest in construction management to coordinate significant regional construction projects in structural building, shell construction, and civil engineering. The role leads teams of 5–25 people, including subcontractors; ensures quality, deadlines, and cost control; coordinates clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors; and supports bids, cost estimates, technical planning, and invoicing. Applicants need a civil engineering or comparable degree, initial professional experience as a civil engineer, C1-level German, and a valid class B driver’s license. The position offers an annual salary of €70,000–€75,000, a company car, and a 40-hour workweek.
