The role independently manages and delivers construction projects in existing buildings, focusing on above-ground construction and structural engineering. Responsibilities include analyzing and planning load-bearing structures, rehabilitation, repair, and strengthening measures; developing concepts and feasibility studies; preparing expert reports; supporting tendering and awarding construction services; and supervising construction execution as a technical construction manager. The profile requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, at least two years of structural design experience, and experience managing demanding construction projects in existing buildings.
