Description
Centio is seeking a full-time Structural Engineering Asset Manager to work on local railways in Stockholm for a consulting assignment. The role manages and modernizes existing rail infrastructure, acts as the owner's representative, maintains infrastructure documentation and asset records, coordinates maintenance contractors, prioritizes reinvestment proposals, leads asset management plans, and oversees schedules, budgets, forecasts, disruptions, and project documentation. Candidates must have a civil engineering degree, at least five years of civil engineering or BEST project management experience, at least five years of asset manager experience, Concrete Class 2 certification, and fluent Swedish; TRI TUB category X9, BaTMan experience, and public-sector technical asset management experience are preferred.
