The role oversees managers and staff development, workforce planning, resource allocation, project delivery, quality, profitability, financial performance, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering, an active Professional Engineer license with Oklahoma registration capability, and at least 10 years of progressive structural engineering experience, including 5 years leading engineering teams or departments.
