KPFF is hiring a Structural Engineering Group Leader in Indianapolis to lead and grow the firm’s structural engineering practice, develop client relationships, build and mentor a team of engineers and BIM modelers, and provide technical leadership across structural systems and project phases. The role requires a Professional Engineer license, a bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, and at least eight years of progressive structural engineering experience, including leading teams of three or more engineers.
