KPFF is hiring a Structural Engineering Summer Intern for its Special Projects Group in the Long Beach office. The internship is approximately 40 hours per week for up to 90 days and involves assisting structural engineers with project design calculations, plan production and review, cost estimating, project site visits, and field inspections. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, have relevant concrete, steel, and timber coursework, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site travel and offers $27-$32 per hour.
