Description
KPFF Consulting Engineers is hiring a summer Structural Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in structural design, assist with calculations and construction documents, and participate in project meetings and site visits. The intern must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structures or Architectural Engineering before the internship begins, along with required coursework in Structural Analysis, Mechanics of Materials, Concrete, and Steel or Wood Design. The position is temporary and non-exempt, with a $31.50 hourly pay rate for interns who received a bachelor’s degree before the internship, a Way We Work stipend, and a Monday–Thursday office schedule in Orange County with remote Fridays; interns must also attend a training period in the Greater Los Angeles office.
