AECOM is hiring a Structural Engineering Manager (Team Lead) in Denver, Colorado, to lead and grow a structural engineering team supporting commercial, aviation, federal, industrial, technology, and adaptive reuse projects. The role combines advanced structural design, seismic analysis and retrofit expertise, quality control, construction administration, client and interdisciplinary coordination, and people leadership, while also contributing to technical proposals, regional standards, and practice development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering and at least 8 years of progressive structural engineering experience; a master’s degree, Colorado PE licensure, and experience with major structural design standards and analysis software are preferred.
