IMEG is hiring an entry-level Structural Engineering New Grad in Houston, Texas. The full-time, in-office role supports structural design, analysis, project planning, documentation, quality control, client communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, and construction administration for commercial and institutional projects across healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use markets. A bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering is required; no prior experience is listed. The role requires knowledge of structural systems, steel, concrete, wood, masonry, structural mechanics, engineering and BIM software, MS Office, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Travel is up to 5%, sponsorship is unavailable, and medical, dental, and vision coverage begin on day one.
