DataSoft Technologies is hiring a Structural Engineering Professional Associate for a long-term contract with possible extension in a hybrid Tempe, Arizona arrangement. The role performs structural analysis and design, applies US building codes and seismic provisions, checks other engineers’ work, manages project scope, and mentors less experienced engineers. Candidates must have a civil engineering degree with a structural engineering emphasis, a Professional Engineer license, at least four years of structural engineering experience, and experience with relevant software and steel and concrete structures. The position is remote for candidates outside 50 miles of the Phoenix office, requires internet access, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
