DCI Engineers is hiring a Structural Engineering Project Manager in Kalispell, Montana to lead building projects from development through construction. The role includes coordinating engineering documents, proposals, schedules, calculations, design analysis, construction observations, shop drawings, permits, billing, and client relationships, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with BIM Designers. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, a PE license, 1–4 years of structural project management experience, 4+ years of structural design engineering experience, and experience with steel, concrete, wood, masonry, building evaluations, renovations, and seismic retrofits.
