RRM Design Group is hiring a full-time Structural Project Manager to oversee structural projects from conception through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, design and proposal preparation, contract negotiations, site monitoring, and staff mentoring. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a Structural Concentration, at least 10 years of experience, current knowledge of professional codes and engineering applications, and an active California Professional Engineer license. Relevant engineering software proficiency is preferred, and the base salary is $121,160-$143,000 per year.
